tucker · 8 months agoRead the history of the Lancaster House agreements and Britain's failure to finance the repurchase of settler land. Mugabe may be a d**k, but there is an underlying grievance rooted in colonialism. The effects just didn't disappear with independence.

D. Mahovo · 7 months agoThe effects of colonialism will be felt for a long time by many generations of Zimbabweans BUT who says those negative experiences have to bear negative effects? Why has all of a sudden Mugabe dcided it is time to make "whites pay"? A conscience? I think not! As a Zimbabwean I know the real reason this activism started is because Britain refused to finance Mugabe's lifestyle!! All the money he was given he put in his personal bank account and very little went to the people of Zimbabwe. With that fool out of power our nation will be better off. I am disappointed in Tsvangirai for even agreeing to this government BUT I can also understand that he felt it was better to do something than nothing at all...at least until the old fart kicks the bucket!!
