Good move by a senile old POS dictator: Don't pay those who are supposed to do your will. Zimbabwe may wind up like Somalia, with no real functioning govt and total anarchy. Oh wait...

Mugabe and his henchmen should be hung, just like Saddam. They have raped and pillaged that country, and have ruined it beyond hope. The poor people have suffered, whilst they enjoyed their ill gotten gains. It is time the people took matters into their own hands and got rid of these despicable people.

The Somali pirates run a better government, I've heard.

This is the kind of suffering and misery that is generally caused when the rich nations "sanction" the poor. Look at Iraq and Cuba for other shameful examples. There is no one to blame for this but the countries who have launched an economic war against Zimbabwe.
I am far from a supporter of Mugabe but we can not lay the blame for the inflation and resulting health crisis in the country at his feet.

You obviously don't understand what has brought Zimbabwe to it's current economic crisis. Believing what you read in the new york times about Zimbabwe now is no different than believing what you read about Iraq in the new york times in 2003.
He is trying to prevent the IMF from doing to his country what Mbeki let them do to South Africa, and in response the western nations have fought an economic war against his country. Do a little research about a situation before you form such strong opinions.
