Vanity plates come in so many wonderful varities.

If your cause isn't on one of them, use a sticker. The standard issue Florida auto tag has an orange in the middle of it. Enterprising Floridians put DIsney stickers smack in the middle of the orange. Others use church stickers, HRC (Human Rights Committee) stickers , gay rainbow lib stickers, colorful return address labels, whatever suits the owner of the car. It's techically against some law to "deface" the auto tags but hey! lots of people put the sherif's logo there so what's to stop the rest of us?

Vanity plates. Why spend extra money for your cause when you can use a sticker or even a small magnet?

That's pretty funny, but Illinois is not alone. Louisiana, New Jersey, Alaska. Any others?

It's my home too. One day, I plan to return. In the meantime, I just don't advertise the fact until I'm certain who I'm talking to.

    Sad, isn't it?
