"3. Iran. McCain's approach to Iran is no more comforting. He recently said that Iran was "obviously pursuing nuclear weapons," directly contradicting the National Intelligence Estimate released in December, which concluded that Iran had suspended its nuclear weapons program and is significantly further away than previously thought from being able to develop the bomb (although it continues to enrich uranium)"
Enriching uranium is the the hardest part. The NIE pointed out that they stopped weaponization (i.e. actually creating a bomb), but according to scientists, that's child's play compared to enrichment -- which the NIE pointed out they never stopped.
I couldn't agree more. But it goes deeper than just him understanding multilateralism. It goes to the role of America in this world. I know. Many of you will tell me, as you have, that this election has nothing to do with us foreigners. That it is all about America. The American choice. The American future. And you are (mostly) right. This is your choice. This is about the American future. This is about America. But it does have something to do with us Johnny Foreigners. We do have a stake in this. Why? Because most level-headed people in this world still look to America for direction. We still look up to America. We look for guidance. We look to America for leadership in this crazy little sphere of ours. Question is, can America still provide it? And who offers that hope? http://angryafrican.net/2008/04/12/note-to-amer...

Filo: . . . Ah've taken a good look at that irrelevant article you cited re Hillary Andrews, the weather gurl. Ah've taken a look at her pitcher. . . . YUP -- Ah certainly DO feel a "high pressure area" a-buildin' at the moment. . . . .
by Jim Brogan
Hillary Andrews was once one of the most recognizeable and popular meteorologists on The Weather Channel.
Now she's at the center of a sexual harassment law suit that has the owners of the channel reeling.
Andrews claims that Stokes frequently made crude remarks like, "Will you lick my swizzle stick?"
