These people may seem like the "gang that couldn't shoot straight" but they're full of hate and fear and they mean business.
Some of these beliefs spread over into the so-called "non-violent" right wing, such as banning abortion, having many kids, etc., being heavily armed, living in rural areas, stocking lots of food and supplies, etc. and "witnessing."
I suspect there are types like these living in this county, and frankly, it is scary.

These are the lies that they hope will rile up the type that will maybe decide to take matters into their own hands.

Sounds as if the two skin(shit)heads will not be in trouble for their plans to assassinate Obama but maybe for other felony charges. WTF. Do we wait til something horrible happens? Okay, got sidetracked in a rant. Yes, prosecute these idiots, but don't be fooled into thinking the real threat to assassinate Obama has been stopped. I hope they carefully reexamine all the Secret Service agents assigned to protect Obama and I would not even object to that being an all African-American detail ... carefully vetted. But, I suspect the agents that carried out the actions mentioned above were government insiders, CIA, FBI, NSA or something of that kind. Pretty clear going further back that members of Lincoln's own cabinet were participants in Lincoln's assassination. Members of Congress were also implicated.
The chances of Obama actually surviving two terms in office is not good. I hope Obama makes it worth his sacrifice, that is he is enough of a leader to roll back the crimes of the Bush administration and restore this nation to the greatness it claimed before 2001. It is more than the American Dream, to being the nation of caring and accepting the poor, hungry, weak and providing a refuge for such people. Obama’s rhetoric is not good, but he is running for national office. Once in office, I hope the dire situation of our broken nation forces him to be far more of liberal activist than his rhetoric indicates that he is a true leader, not a defender of the status quo. Obama clearly has the intelligence, charisma and skills to lead us back to the greatness we had before Bush. If he doesn’t, if his claiming to be the candidate of change is just empty rhetoric, God help us!
