All others are usually addressed as Lord or Lady So And So, unless they hold a title, such as Duke, Earl, Marquess, Viscount, or Baron. Thus Diana ceased to be an HRH when she was drummed out of the Royal Family under the terms of her divorce.

Im sure someone already addressed this, but she's not Her Royal Highness, shes the wife of a Knight, therefore she's allowed to style herself Lady... thats pretty much the entry-level nobility position... though the de Rothschilds have been around forever, they are still pretty new on the block as far as that scene goes.
