AND this disgusting old man referred to his first wife and first set of kids in his speech. Someone forgot to tell him not to do this. Cindy won't be happy.

The return of New Kids on The Block had more people in the audience last week on THE TODAY SHOW then this event.

    LOL

I wouldn't walk across the street to see Mc Same or his little brother McBush.
  • Schmedlap · 1 year ago
I would -- so I could piss on his shoe.

I guess this "crowd" contains the only people in the country who believe that our economy is fundamentally very sound.

Each one has more houses than they know they have.

And Tucker Bounds' bullshit metaphor for this massive exposure of McCain's weakness as a nominee is priceless: SCOREBOARD CHECK!

    what's to like?

    he's old. he's a liar. he's republican.

Actual crowd for Obama in Grand Junction, CO (pop 45K): 5000. Crowd for McCain in Jacksonville, FL (800K): fewer than 3000. Both SOLID red cities.

and who's always pointing at the polls? the GOPers?
the polls are being played to make it look close...
  • jebauer · 1 year ago
It was pretty clear during the RNC when a visibly uncomfortable McGrandpa showed up after McPalin's pit attack... there was a visible lull in the crowd, like "oh yeah, him" Can't we just throw around meaningless bull and have fun instead?
  • Savage8862 · 1 year ago
Someone likes him. He's ahead in most national and state polls.
  • tlsintx · 1 year ago
depends on the poll...i like this one:

I think this is just one more reason to stay focused on McCain. Just one day on the trail alone and we see this. Couple that with his comment on the economy being strong and it makes for a bad day for him. When Palin is the center of attention, these things get overlooked or downplayed.
  • aquarius2 · 1 year ago
Shocked , I am shocked---NOT. McCain didn't have much of a campaign nor did he have a snowball's chance in hell of winning the election before Palin.
  • ffbuzz · 1 year ago
Well, apparently enough people like McDiapers to be choosing him over Obama in states like NY, and Washington State now. McLame now has the popular vote, and the electoral. The entire country will flip red just like it did 30 years ago.
  • Fin · 1 year ago
I agree with Savage8862 - someone likes him because he's up in the polls (what the hell happened in MN?).
  • tommytoonz · 1 year ago
Reminds me of this photo of a McCain rally in Feb.

They purposefully "shrink" the size of the space people can congregate in so it appears more full to the audience and the press who are often sectioned off to specific areas.
  • moreleesafer · 1 year ago
I wondered about that....I noticed that alot of the shots of the candidates are "tight" so you see only the bunch of people crowded around the front of the stage and they never show the people in the WHOLE arena.
  • NMRon · 1 year ago
Ok, how does this work. McSame can't draw flies, but leads in the polls? WTF gives?
