Obama's been my senator and I've had issues with him as well (ie, he's really pissed me off from time to time), but overall I thought he was OK.

We must take the bad with the good because we are too cowardly to vote in a true Progressive who isn't afraid to be called a Liberal. Centrists are the Party of the Status quo... not gonna cut it at a time when we need major change. Obama will put the bandaid on the gunshot wound...no worries.

Let me be blunt, comparing gay rights to global warming is stupid. They aren't even in the same league. Any group of people being persecuted is a travesty, but the fundamental destruction of the world we ALL live on is easily an order of magnitude more important.

I refuse to support an administration that refuses to acknowledge the existence of Jesus horses and the fact that global warming is a hoax because some scientists in the seventies said the globe was cooling or something.
What's sad is that by appointing a global warming expert, Obama has already done more then Bush did over eight years. Slow golf clap everyone.
Oh please - this is more posturing. He can throw as many scientists in front of him as he wants - it will do little to shield the truth that he supports the VERY dangerous, expensive, and useless "clean" coal industry. If we spend one red cent on that nonsense instead of focusing on clean, renewable technologies, we are doomed within a generation.
