They want Obama to be their president and fix things but, at the same time, many seem to feel more and more personally empowered with each of Obama's successes. If he is president the people of Kenya, from what the report says, will feel they can do things too. How powerful is that? That this man could make that kind of an impact on a country half way around the world. You get the feeling that he is impacting people outside the US and Kenya.

I hope Obama uses his popularity to fight Gay oppression in Kenya. In Kenya, if you are convicted of being Gay they will throw you in jail for up to 14 years. To me, Gay rights are the most important human rights and a lot more important to me than Darfur and Tibet. Hillary is for using the US Foreign policy to insure that America tries to stop Gay Oppression around the world. Women's rights are human Rights and Gay Rights are human rights. I want to hear Obama speak about what he would do to stop Gay oppression in other countries as Hillary has.
maxstar--if you believe Shillary will do anything for anyone other than herself, you are truly deluded. Hillary will do whatever she thinks will make her look good at the moment, and she will say whatever she thinks will advance her aims and get her some votes. Look at how she played the race card to try to win working class white men. Pathetic.
