Part of the answser is to pump our own oil in Alaska and off Ted Kennedy's property in Cape Cod. 'Curse Ted won't be having any of that, it will spoil his view and sailing. Maybe we could build a new oil refinery or two, how about in Ted's back yard, there's plenty of room.

Bush and Cheney have done NOTHING but help the oil companies, from the day they took over. They even helped them by attacking Iraq, for no obvious reason, and has secured the oil over there. Was this worth the lives of over a million people, including our troops? What have these crooks ever done to make sure we do not rely on other countries for energy, and helped to find alternate means?
I hope the people who voted for these morons smile when they pay at the gas pumps! They got what they asked for.

As the dollar weakens, as a result of this trade deficit and indirectly, government deficits our national wealth decreases.
We have lost roughly half of our national wealth since GWB came to power and if McStain is elected we may lose the other half.

A. If McCain is going to address the economy he needs to prove he has a grasp on it by using his OWN WORDS.
B. He needs to wear bifocles if he can't see the teleprompter. Sure they will make him look older, but he looks worse when he stumbles over words because he can't read them. The American people are ready for a President who can read the VERY IMPORTANT teleprompter! We don't need Mr. McGoo for President.

So, Cheney holds secret meetings with King Abdullah in which they discuss “Iran, Iraq, and the Mideast peace process” -- Cheney then heads off to Israel to meet with hawkish PM Ehud Olmert who is drooling to attack Iran -- and the Saudis schedule secret meetings to discuss “national plans to deal with sudden radioactive hazards that may affect the kingdom” following “experts’ warnings of possible attacks on Iran’s nuclear reactors”…and who are these “experts” who issued the warning?
Are there any dots to connect here?
