Big news story. Sarah Palin ran Per Diem scam on the state of Alaska. She paid herself to stay home:

"ANCHORAGE, Sept. 8 -- Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin has billed taxpayers for 312 nights spent in her own home during her first 19 months in office, charging a "per diem" allowance intended to cover meals and incidental expenses while traveling on state business. "

I guess she thinks taxes are raised and paid to her because its the taxpayers job to pay her for being a Mom?

Tried to highlight the important parts of the article and ended up with the whole page ablaze in yellow...nevertheless this does stand out...

Rick Davis, McCain's campaign manager, gave the game away when he said on "Fox News Sunday" that she would not meet with reporters until they showed a willingness to treat her "with some level of respect and deference."

Deference? That's a word used in monarchies or aristocracies. Democracies don't give "deference" to politicians. When have McCain, Obama, Biden or, for that matter, Hillary Clinton asked for deference?

So true, and even if some kind of deference were warranted, I mean I can see how you would treat the OFFICE of the POTUS with respect, I wouldn't be giving any kind of DAMNED DEFERENCE to someone RUNNING for office. What? You get picked as a running mate and all the sudden you are an "untouchable." That is what they are saying? WRONG!

But I know for a fact that Hannity has anchored news coverage...if someone wants to do the research, you can see that he presided over at least 1 primary
