  • Smarmy · 1 year ago
Palin is a deliberate DISTRACTION. We're overlooking old man McCain!

Caribou Barbie...since you are so fucking hellbent on living your fucking Bible...didst thou read where LYING is forbidden by your god? I suggest a thorough re-read of Leviticus, too. Since Missy Barbie Junior, Bristol, committed adultery, she is supposed to be stoned to death...actually twice...adultery and unruly child...double whammy in Leviticus. Oh shit that's right I forgot....white trash cannot read.

Ah . . . but therein lies the lie. You see, the Bible does not prohibit lying, it prohibits bearing false witness against the neighbor, that is to say, perjury in court . . . and then only if you get caught. She's well within the Bible parameters, after all . . . those stories are role models of . . . well, let's call them "tall tales" but if you call them lies you wouldn't be outside the parameters of objective facts. Facts have a notoriously liberal bias according to Colbert.

Well lying and bearing false witness....if you read the Hebrew, it's the
same essential meaning. King James was a fag and his translators were
    idiots.

I used to wake up, read my local paper and then tell my husband, I'm reading the blogs now to find out what really happened in the world and how Bush/Cheney F/U the world yesterday.
Now I get up and rush to the blogs and see how many lies were told by the new Republican team McCain/Palin.
I hate lies and the people that tell them. They cannot be trusted

I guess it would have been too much trouble for the female Speaker of the House to have a comment about charging for rape kits.

BUT AL GORE SAID HE INVENTED THE INTERNET!!!! Neeener neeener booo booo!!!!!

Sheesh. The press beat Gore up for supposed "lies" that he never even said. This woman has lied more times than I can count.

Wake up, media. If we get this irresponsible clown in the White House it's going to be your fault and no one buys newspapers or watches TV after nuclear holocaust.

Remember - these are people who consider it sporting to hunt animals with automatic weapons from helicopters. Being on the same continent as a war constitutes being in a war zone when your perspective is that screwed up.
  • tlsintx · 1 year ago
    absolutely...
did you see the ad about Palin on aerial hunting? It has hit the big time in Ohio and they're trying to run it in Florida too...the ad is pretty disturbing, but then, so is she...

Hillary was beaten up by the press about sniper fire occurring over twelve years ago, while Palin has been a virtual fountain of misinformation repeating the same lies over and over and now we are forced to debunk the "battle zone" lie. Absolutely amazing!

These lies do not surprise me. It's what the repugs do to win. It's their modus operandi and we should all just expect 2 or 3 lies an hour out of that campaign.

What stuns me, although again, I guess it shouldn't because it's a pattern, is the lack of response out of the Obama campaign. And the lack of response from all his 'surrogates'. Democratic Senators, Congressmen/women...our Speaker of the House...where are they??? Where the f is Joe Bidden? Sticking his foot in his mouth again (re: Hilliary would make a better VP candidate)? Or perhaps he's just taking the month off.

I understand (how would I know for sure, I haven't seen any Obama TV ads where I live except the total snores that ran during the Olympics) that Obama had a new ad out yesterday hitting McCain on his lack of internet experience. Are you f'ing kidding me?????????????????????????? That's the best we can do???? The freaking internet? How about all the lies? Hitting back at all the smears. How about a few smears of our own.

I am ready to play hard ball. REAL hard ball. I want to fight dirty like republicans do so we can win a f'ing election.
  • bob915 · 1 year ago
We can look a little forward to some probable outcomes of this...................
If, by some UnAmerican, Unpatriotic way, McCain does get this election, You Can Absolutely Be Sure To Kiss Any Vestige Of Bipartisanship Goodbye. The Senate and House will be OVERWHELMINGLY Democratic, and any and all Cabinet and Court Appiontments will be held up in committee for years.

Be prepared to reap what you sow.

I once traveld by bus thrugh rebel-held territory in south Mexico. The Zapatista rebels stood in groups along the side of the road wearing their masks and holding guns. It was anthropological!

Speaking of lies and deception, let's look at the impressive resumes of those experienced political leaders and policy experts who proudly proclaim affiliation with the U.S. Democratic Party. These people have shamelessly and hypocritically misrepresented to the American people how they will improve their lives through a combination of what can be honestly characterized as higher taxes, nonscience and noneconomics-based environmental, health and other regulations, bigger, more centralized and less accountable government and severely diminished private property rights.

There is now clear and convincing evidence of this fact, let alone, that of how these political demogagues view US foreign policy - as a means to assuage the 'political sensitivities' of our European allies so that the U.S. is once again revered by the world - which has really never been the case. 'D' foreign policy also entails working with Europeans to change US law and business practices to comport with the economically and constitutionally bereft GREEN policies of Europe. History proves the point, but the 'D's wish to mischaracterize, rewrite and revise history to achieve their political and social ends - kumbaya global governance via the United Nations at US sovereign and constitutional expense. Unfortunately, there are those of out there who know the truth, have documented it, and are now distributing it as far and wide as is possible to American grassroots organizations. The Democrats can no longer lie and hide the truth.

A prime example of how evidence of Blue Party deceptions is being disseminated to the public can be found within a recent law review article that can be accessed online by googling the words, 'putting country first means'.

One last point which you 'truthtellers" and the 'unbiased' media have chosen to overlook. During the 'R' Convention, CNN interviewed a Hillary supporter and longtime Democrat (whose name and affiliation I do not recall) who candidly explained why she dared to attend a Republican convention. Even though she disagreed with many Republican positions, whe honestly said, and I paraphrase, 'for more than 30 years the Democratic Party has kept women in line (held women hostage) over the abortion issue - i.e., the personal freedom to have an abortion. What we have found out is that this issue rarely comes up in real life. I am here because the personal freedom issue that Sarah Palin represents is much much broader - that women can do it all - profession, public life, family - she represents to us all that the glass ceiling, which ALL women face in the workplace, has been broken.'

Now, that is an issue worth blogging about with Americans, which the Ds are terrified to speak of.

Do America.blog.com and its enlightened liberal intellectual blog membership dare take up this challenge without devolving into some illiterate, vulgar elitist diatribe/tirade??

I respectfully take your post and will digest it's contents for factchecking.

However, I am here beause Sara Palin represents absolutely nothing to me. I am an executive in a co. I own. I make exeutive decisions every day. I am well traveled, having to have had a passport renewal due to running out of room for Customs stamps. I have two children, plus I care for my aging, heart patient father. The business own is at the forefront of my community, with a lot of public involvement and exposure. I did not need Sara, Hillary, Phyllis, Elizabeth Dole, Condi, Barbara Walters, or Olympia Snowe to get where I am. Anyone who deems government control of my body, book banning, ridiculing community organizing, calling a person exotic due to nonconformty to Norman ROckwell, and sesession from these United States is what Sara represents to me. If I am out of line , tough. Quit whining and demeaning my vote and look elsewhere for your support

I live in Tennessee, close to Kentucky, proving I know all about horse racing and college basketball. And my airliner refueled in England once upon a time, so I know all about the royal family.

I'd like to see that Alaskan nazi pitbull try to burn MY books.

By the way, is Bristol married yet? If not, are she and her redneck still doin' the funky, cold medina?
  • Bush_Bites · 1 year ago

With Palin, I feel like I'm watching an ongoing episode of "Gidget Goes to Washington" ".........where the family of a neurotic Gidget performs an intervention to help break the bitch's habit of lying".

To the self proclaimed Bostonian Queer in Dallas,
I had no clue that Bristol Palin nor her boyfriend was already married. Because "Adultery" is when one of the two (or both) lovers is married.

    adultery |əˈdəlt(ə)rē|
    noun
voluntary sexual intercourse between a married person and a person who is not his or her spouse : she was committing adultery with a much younger man.
ORIGIN late 15th cent.: from the obsolete noun adulter, from Latin adulter ‘adulterer,’ replacing an earlier form avoutrie, from Old French avouterie, likewise based on Latin adulter.
