AMERICAblog: Petraeus contradicts Palin on Iraq

  • PeteWa · 1 year ago
Interesting that Bush's lapdog, Patraeus, contradicts the McSameiacs.

Perhaps we will see, with no hint of irony or self reflection, Cancervative 527s airing their own Betrayus ads soon?

Charlie Gibson will surely ask Mrs Palin about this tonight right after he asked about how she copes with long Alaska nights.

Wait a minute, if there is a McCain/Obama no campaigning truce today for 911, why will Palin even be on my teevee?
  • AdrianBrowne · 1 year ago
Charlie Gibson, "Governor Palin, if you were a tree what kind of a tree would you be?"

Palin, "A strong and mighty oak."

Gibson, "That's very reassuring to the American people I'm sure they'll want to vote for you we're out of time thank you."

she was only the woodsman's daughter... but her crotch was Oak.

AdrianBrowne jests in her remarks but MANY A TRUTH HAS BEEN SAID IN JEST. Why ABC? Why Charlie Gibson? The answers spell another Saddleback/Pastor Rick subterfuge foisted upon the public. Very soon very few will believe anything this team of liars says or does. McSAME / PALIN FOR LIARS-IN-CHIEF

gregwire: You must have missed the OUTRAGE of the day when McSame started his 9/11 "'non-political "remarks telling us how much he knows about pain and suffering. This man is now deep in the Bush/Cheney/Rove dump. I became ill t hear this weasel go back on his pledge AGAIN!

Ergo: Petraeus must be a SECRET Obama-lover. TRAITOR!!! Why does Dave Petraeus HATE America and Hockey Moms Who Wear Lipstick???!!!
  • greyroadster · 1 year ago
Now, if we can just have "Gen. Petraeus finds fault with McCain's Iraq Plan" in headlines throughout the rustbelt, maybe we'd get some lift.

To be victorious in Iraq, wouldn't we need to find WMD?
  • timnayar · 1 year ago
I want to know when the McCain campaign will formally ask state Republican parties to stop trying to disenfranchise people as we are seeing in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Mississippi. Show you really are "for change" and listening to "real Americans" by not literally preventing them from voicing their values.

When is some GOP Maverick mayor going to give Palin the key to the city???

    When???

There has got to be a Hundred Mayoors that will bet their election that Palin is as clean as a Summer's Eve.

But but, but, I thought mission accomplished meant victory, WTF. We won this shit years ago, why are we still there? How do you win an occupation. Aren't we terrorists to the people in Iraq? We've bombed the shit out of that place for 5 or 6 years, killed thousands, displaced millions...so what IS the definition of victory in terms of invasion of another country?
  • LisaLV711 · 1 year ago
Why does everybody that even comes NEAR McAint' lie? Why do they find that necessary? Why lie? Just say, "I don't know" like so many of my defendants here in court. Just a plain and simple, "They told me to say it, and I don't know why. I'm stupid. I'll step down now." Why can't they just do that?
  • Soundboy_jeff_meanie · 1 year ago
if they all stepped down... who'd be left for an election?
  • Soundboy_jeff_meanie · 1 year ago
at least she can sound presidential even though she's utterly unqualified to lead America in a time of war. Yet again, John McCain's faltering judgment is aired for all to see.
    ---

I want to hear mcsame say again how 'just being the mayor of Wasalia makes palin more qualified than Obama'... and have someone in the MSM point out that she hired an ADMINISTRATOR to run the town after an impeachment petition started circulating.

umm... if you're VP... can you outsource your job to someone else??

Gen. Petraeus must be so grateful for Sarah Palin. The Republican Vice Presidential nominee comes on television and tells her church that the war in Iraq is a task from God. That will sure help our soldiers and Iraqi allies.

THE MAIN QUESTION OF ELECTION 2008 IS:

CAN THE VOTERS BE FOOLED OR CHEATED FOR A THIRD TIME ???????

8 DISASTER YEARS OF BUSH/CHENEY IS MORE THAN TOO MUCH!!!!!

Which Mayor is going to give Palin the Key to the City?

She IS a Rockstar, ya know?
  • red_dwarf · 1 year ago
I heard the other day that Obama said "...Bush's surge has worked beautifully." If victory is out of the question then what did Mr. Obama mean when he praised George W. Bush's surge? Seems to me if Mr. Obama is so cock sure the surge was a beautiful thing he'd use the term victory just like McShank.

As a side note, according to Iraqi's who have returned to Baghdad after some absence (grew up there), the surge has been a complete and utter failure, indeed a total disaster. Screw Obama and McShank, I'm siding with those who know the difference. Someone needs to ask an Iraqi what "victory" means.
  • downindixie · 1 year ago
Obama agreed that the surge had succeeded in bringing down violence, but he added that it won't work until the Iraqi's took charge and accepted the conditions that have been laided out and they haven't.Thats why Obama didn't say it was a victory.

John this is where I think your work is vital... people need to understand the ramifications of having these two people running the executive branch... never mind morality and babies.. we're talking about incompetent people making decisions that involve mass destruction, war, and everything in between.
