    McCain -- A one-man gaffe machine. Har har. It's a gaffe riot!

Biden is a very sensible choice.

    Obama lacks Washington experience.

After 8 years of stupidity, incompetence, farts, failure, lies, coverups, torture, trampling on the Constitution, and criminal behavior by an illegitimate Oval Office usurper, the criticism that Obama lacks experience smacks for the grossest hypocrisy. Bush is not even literate. When is he going to finish reading, "My Pet Goat" not to mention "Dick and Jane at the Beach" or "Run Spot, Run"?

Will Laura ever successfully toilet train Bush so they can get rid of Condi, Bush's nursemaid?

    LMAO, Too funny!

It usually angers me when I read about this "lack of experience" thing. With most so-called "experienced" candidates in DC comes all the lie, cheat and steal, corrupt candidates.

Give me Obama, before the system can corrupt him too. Obama is the candidate that big business and the mainstream media are afraid of. He might just put an end to their stealing from the American people to increase their bottom line.

    btw: thanks for the laugh!

I think Biden should stay loose and keep throwing grenades at McCain.

Veeps are allowed a few more gaffes than presidential candidates, so I don't want him to tighten up like he does during his presidential campaigns.

That's why Veep is the perfect job for him. He can just be himself and let it rip without having to worry about looking "presidential."

Pretty cool collection of some of today's newspaper front pages.

Looks like the Biden announcement is getting great play in the Sunday papers in the US and around the world.

Is it just me or does anyone else notice that McCain and the GOP always come up with some kind of “he said, she said” type of BS to talk about. McCain and the GOP never want to talk actual policy or ideas. Here is an example: Biden said, "The American Dream Is Slipping Away Under Eight Years Of Bush And McCain." A clear thought and straight out point of view. McCain and the GOP will not answer this challenge. Instead, McCain and the GOP will try to change the subject with a reply like, "Hey, did you guys see that? Biden did not wear a flag pin!" That is what is so crazy about this press coverage. Isn't it about time we as the voting publc start challenging the GOP,McCain, Bush, Cheney. Rove, etc. on the issues? Make McCain and the GOP explain their policies and their past mistakes?

    The American Public are sheep.

You can't reason with them, you have the herd them.

(Sorry to say, but it's the truth.)

You are talking about substance and lack of the same. Or the effort to cover up failure and lack of substance with distractions, fakery, gloss and lies. That is the true core of the Bush administration when it isn't stealing everything in sight or killing thousands of Americans and millions of brown Islamic terrorists. Has any administration had a comparable record of murdering it's own citizens to say nothing butchering of the innocent civilians of another sovereign nation? Of course, the Bush administration and McCain must keep our mind off the substantive issues and real news. Billions of dollars were allocated to rebuild New Orleans and awarded in contracts. Unbid contracts to Halliburton, Kellogg, Brown and Root, and to Blackwater, Bectel and other Bush cronies resulting in the same kind of failure to fulfill the contracts that we saw in Iraq. In Iraq, the Al Qaeta terrorists were shooting at the contractors so, of course, it was impossible to fulfill the contracts. In New Orleans, N----- terrorist drug dealers were shooting up the neighborhoods preventing the contracts from being fulfilled. Bull! The contractors simply took the money and then made nothing more than minimal effort to build false fronts. The military bases in Iraq are falling down around our soldiers ears, electrocuting them while delivering filthy water, and unholy living conditions. Bush contractors in our military hospitals have yet to even fix the problems in Walter Reed, let alone the other VA hospitals across the nation.

Don't expect better. As long as Bush wraps the flag around himself and McCain does the same, Americans will be unable to separate the flag from these frauds. Americans fail to separate the flag from these criminals and war criminals and we liberals make the same mistake turning our back on the flag when our flag should be distinct from the crimes Bush and McCain have committed while hiding under the flag. The flag, this nation and the Constitution belong to us, not to Bush, Cheney, McCain and the rest of this gang of hooligans, criminals, murderers, thieves, rats and slime mold ... maybe pond scum. Yeah, unfair to rats, slime mold and pond scum. Sigh!

According to me, with my french vision, Joe Biden his the best choise for Obama. For the first time, the most experience who can make big trouble in republican area. Second, Joe is Israël friend and every its good now for Obama.

    Ha!

Your English is better than mine!

Yeah, they have to get Biden down to Florida to reassure Jewish voters--although Hillary and Debbie Wasserman Schultz will also have to be a big part of that effort.

McCain owes back taxes on one of his many homes:

    http://www.beyondchron.org/news/index.php?itemi...

I know it's off topic, but even former POW's should have to pay taxes after (at least) their 5th home.

BB--Yesterday I was canvassing in the neighborhood of Regent and I have to say I'm not sure I will do it again. These people are scary and I felt a hell of a lot safer in the 'bad' neighborhoods earlier in the morning. One of the canvassers was about to call 911 when she was confronted by an asshole.

I think Biden's PA connection is a huge plus for Obama.

Plus, with Biden on the ticket, Obama has the all-important comb-over vote locked up!
