    Another indication of the weird "opposite day" operation of this White House. Whatever Bush said, he really meant the opposite,. When he said he had political capital, he didn't. When he tried to make an empire, he lost the empire. The Rove doctrine of a Reich of a 1,000 years is already crumbling.

    I think that is the definition of hubris.

    Amen to that and I hope it stays crumbled for 1,000 more years. One thing you can really say is that republicans don't have any better morales and principals than the democrats.
