Finally, Olbermann asked about the claim of McAwful that Clinton is coming from BEHIND to win Indiana. Some behind, Obama was ahead for 3 DAYS in February. I knew McAwful was exaggerating but this is just stupid or he thinks voters are just stupid.

I don't have any doubts that Clinton will win Indiana but I am hoping it is by single digits. It will blow her argument about her being strong.

Why are people voting for Clinton?
She is an elitist, been in politics for 40 years, former corporate director of Wal-Mart, corporate lawyer, lives in the Hamptons, supports DOMA, takes lobbyist money, elected in the Senate despite not being a new yorker. Has a 100 million dollar personal fortune.
I mean seriously even a radical muslim black politician that worked his way up in the country would have more in common with the average American. Obama has even more in common, he is a Christian.

Busboy, The Republican base is white, Christian and married. they have not appealed to the next generation (the fundies are going through this fact, too).
The youth vote, the new voters and the black vote is going to Obama. all these may be considered a base that could be expanding.

It does appear that it is the inherent racism in the democratic party that is denying Obama the clear win. The republicans have no clear score on being racist. But, at least they celebrate their brothers; Powell, Rice, Justice Thomas, etc.
