AMERICAblog: Prostitute-loving Senator questions Hillary's ethics

  • RitornaVincitor · 10 months ago
It's usually the ones with something to prove that get into judging the morality of others.
  • PattyP · 10 months ago
    Or something to hide.

    Ohhh yes. ;0)

I am not surprised that a sexual pervert like Vitter would attack the Clintons. Some GOP Senators are hypocrites, such as Vitter, but Obama should have known better than to pick Hillary for Secretary of State. GOPers detest Bill big time and will try to dig up fresh dirt on Bill to discredit Hillary. Clintons are magnets for trouble and Obama will wish someday that he had nothing to do with them.

It's strange...Vitter complained to Chairman Kerry, "I have no objection listening to this [Sen. Clinton's answer] but I don't want this to come out of my time." Didn't he say the same thing to an over-eager prostitute when excessively chastising his soiled naughtiness???
  • cowboyneok · 10 months ago
HYSTERICAL! So true. Kerry should have said, "Mr. Vitter, you are NOT speaking to one of your prostitutes and YOU ARE NOT paying by the hour to have Mrs. Clinton answer your questions so zip it!"

OT: Back in 1996 Obama supported gay marriage. : "I favor legalizing same-sex marriages, and would fight efforts to prohibit such marriages."

Exactly, and then he realized he wanted to be the US Senator from Illinois, and he moved a bit further to the right on this issue, and then he realized he wanted to be the President of the United States, and he moved even further to the right and starting talking about people having issues with the notion of "marriage" blah blah blah. Let's see if he gets his act together by the second year of his second term. I can't even offer any odds at this point.

Yes. I was struck yesterday by John's comment that Barack was trying to reach out to the Left.

Nobody should have to put up with this kind of hypocritical bullshit. Why didn't one of Dem senators put Vitter in his place. I guess they have to be civil to each other but this is bullshit!!
  • elizabethcostello · 10 months ago
I think they're required to be civil, even when some of them, like Jim Inhofe, Jim DeMint, and Tom Coburn, are flat out, uncivil, right-wing nutcakes.
  • tlsintx · 10 months ago
    fuck you, Vitter.
  • red_dwarf · 10 months ago
    tlsintx - well said.

Why, Hell-fire, that's just one good ol' boy joshin' another! Later on, they'll prob'ly crack a few beers together, reminisce about old times, like when Bill got Vitter elected in the first place, and maybe talk about the future.

BTW, Vitter's former-prosecutor wife once said, in re her husband's Senatorial predecessor's career-ending prostitution scandal, that she was no Hillary, she was a Lorena Bobbitt. So, since she must have heard tell about her Moral Majority hubby's long history with ho's in DC & NO, don't the voters deserve to know if Vitter still has a johnson?

    Just askin.

Me, I'm all for marrying whores at the zoo. It's just the moral thing to do.

You mean to tell mean promiscous Vitter doesn't have a ??.

    YIKES!
  • cosanostradamus · 10 months ago
    .
He might not have a Johnson, but he still has a Bush.

What a joke and embarrassment Vitter is to be called a US Senator.
  • elizabethcostello · 10 months ago
Even though I sometimes get fed up with John's approaches to issues, I love this blog, because it's always a cornucopia. The title of this post is worth the entire post, John! Thank you for making me laugh out loud. "Prostitute-loving Senator!" And yes, Vitter ought to keep his mouth shut, but he's a typical Republican: shameless and wrong!
  • High Crimes & Misdemeanors · 10 months ago
If Hillary had any balls she would have thrown it back into his face and asked what kinds of prostitutes he likes, blonds or brunets??
  • cowboyneok · 10 months ago
Did the GOP pick Vitter to broach this subject? Is this part of their Modus Operandi to get the guy who has the greatest ethics trouble to pick apart the Clinton's possible ethics lapses? I could NOT believe it.
  • cowboyneok · 10 months ago
When Vitter started bitching about Clinton's answer taking too long and he didn't want her answer to take away from "his time" I truly wish Kerry had berated him with, "Sir, you are NOT talking to one of your prostitutes and you are NOT personally paying for ANYONE's time here! You need to apologize to Mrs. Clinton... We've all heard about your prostitutes and diaper fetish now get BACK to the business at hand, Sir!" bwahahahaaaa!

    Diaper Dave is priceless.
  • larry · 10 months ago
Suppose he was wearing a diaper under that suit during his questioning? Maybe if Hill had offered to change it...or spank his little bum he would not have been so peckish.
  • firstplate · 10 months ago
Everyone should just refer to him as diaper dave and maybe he will just go away. If someone goes to a hooker for sex it just may be they're not getting it anywhere else. Someone who goes to a hooker and needs to where diapers and mess himself is truly sick and needs help. I just don't think he belongs in the US senate.
  • MNUSA · 10 months ago
As a lawmaker who broke the law, Vitter didn't resign his position because...?
  • annmarie · 10 months ago
didnt that guy commit a crime?

he paid for sex....thats against the law...why isnt he in jail?

And Ben Franklin had how many illegitimate children?? How many of you pompous, self righteous fools would be willing to publicise your past, and how many would have the guts to acknowledge and apologize for a past mistake on national television? And would you then have the courge to face your peers knowing that they have knowledge of your terrible and embarrassing mistake? Think long and honestly about it
