Welcome to the George W Bush Memorial Recession of 2008

People generally believe now that the War was a mistake. There is no end in sight.
The economy sucks. The National Debt is astronomical.
This is a story about what the REPUBLICANS did to America.
People can tolerate mistakes. They can forgive some degree of malfeasance. What they get vindictive about is being deceived. The Republican Party of the Bush era has systematically promoted more public deceit than we have ever seen before, in this country. In this election, the people will support the candidate who will renounce the politics of the last 8 years in the strongest possible terms.
Prepare for the Landslide Punitive Election of 2008.

In case you haven't heard about the ongoing lawsuit, Peter Paul vs. Bill and Hillary Clinton, I don't blame you. The MSM has not mentioned this at all. So here is an article that might interest you.
Deep Recession coming...not just some little old recession.

I can't believe that anyone would be so stupid as to vote for mccain. Those polls where Hillary and Obama supporters say they would vote for mccain if their candidates did not get the nomination are insane! The GOP brand is tarnished and might go the way of the whig party. It's obvious that the gangsters of politics are clueless as to how to run a country let alone fight a war and win! mccain is old and out of touch with reality.

I'm sorry, you'll probably hate me for this. But here a short, but way better recession movie. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XaxdUPNYj2s Note that most of the clips of the financial guys are from last fall.

After Preznit Reverse Midas Touch has fucked everything else up, the economy is the parting shot. REcession? If we're lucky, it'll just be that.

Why did WSJ poll wildly oversample black voters? Blacks make up about 13% of the general population. In this poll they represent nearly 25% of the sample (177 out of 700 polled). Doesn’t that make this poll a non-starter? http://dirtyharrysplace.com/?p=808#comment-1210

And the stock market is stalling...waiting to see if Bernanke will approve billions more to bail out the rest of the imploding investment banks.
Let's abort Bush before the next 9 months are up...

Recession my ass. We are facing total economic collapse of the US economy.
The corporate crooks have hollowed out our economy and sent it all overseas.
There is nothing left. It is a house of cards and WILL collapse.
I'm stocking up for when the shit hits the fan.

Don't worry, they polled affluent black WSJ readers. They're whiter than I am, and I'm fucking Irish.

I just read that article. It is strange that this has not surfaced in the main stream media. It goes right back to Hillary's credibility, which appears non-existent at this point. I guess the only dirt the media dishes is when it comes out of the mouth of the candidates or campaign staffers, the media is too lazy to do there own digging

We can't be in a recession, I've still got check left!
And from "maybe that's not such a great idea" department, it appears a LOT of guys out there are about to get the answers to questions they don't really want to be asking...

Why should we hate you. No one ever said Ron Paul didn't understand some of the problems. It was his solutions that were wackier than shit.

His solutions are the same solutions that most non-socialist/Kensyian economists suggest. But i like your doctor analogy, America is going to have to swallow some tough medicine, and needs a doctor, not a lawyer. ;-)

Recession? I wish. 2 million American homes are about to be foreclosed. That is about 10 million American men, women and children who are about to be homeless. Given the turn over of about 5 fold, expect that to cause 50 million more Americans to lose their jobs. Sounds like the Great Depression of 2008 to me.
Someone told the Idiot-in-Chief that FDR really didn't end the Depression, WW II did that. He thinks that if he can attack Iran and turn the Middle East conflict into WW III he can prevent another Depression.

Supposedly an economy is in recession when it reports two consecutive quarters of negative growth. I'm sure there are states, and if not states, then at least counties where that has occurred. I believe that the talking heads are purposely not using the word Depression as to avoid instigating panic. Also, I heard it's going to be called , the Deep Depression. yikes.
