    John-

Aren't you being a little too harsh? You call yourself a true democrat, like Daschle and Feingold?

There's a great little video out on McCain's lack of morals:

YES YES!!!! Keep pounding this message. It's about friggin time that Obama went after McCain directly. He needs to keep this message strong all the way through to the election. John McCain -- A Man who considers $5 million the minimum for being "rich" and doesn't know how many houses he owns! The man is so damn out of touch it's ridiculous.

ALSO -- Obama camp should make it much more prominent in his digs against adultery and bigamy. The media will jump all over this and McCain will cry foul, but it will work. Obama doesn't need to directly mention McCain, but just subtly dig and let the media run with it. Talk about values. Talk about all the crap that middle america thinks will affect their day to day lives.

See how off the wall the McCain campaign got over this? Now is the time to turn up the heat and hammer him. This 100% disabled war veteran says it is way past time to demonstrate that "yellow ribbon magnet patriotism" as practiced under the guise of support the troops by the phony republicans generally and John McCain specifically gets exposed to the light of day. Time to see McCain get as worked up as Ted Stevens did on Alaske Public Radio the other day...

Exactly! Keep pounding the guy like this EVERY day. McCain will lose it before the end of September. He's barely functioning now with all of his idiotic statements.

Hit him hard and stay on the offense. The man can't take it.

I worry that the sheeple won't turn on Mr. I-Was-a-POW McSame simply because he's rich. They didn't mind JFK being rich. What they mind is rich people who don't give a s**t about the little people, like Poppy Bush zooming his boat around Kennebunkport while the less fortunate lined up for free cheese. McSame may yet manage to make his trophy wife seem like a reward for The Sacrifice I Made for My Country.

The ads need to highlight how HE's indifferent to the little people. How about an ad starring Lilly Ledbetter?

It's not that McCain didn't pay taxes that I mind so much as his sense of entitlement not to pay them, that the rich don't pay taxes, that is for us, the little people. It reminds of the Republicans calling the Democrats, tax and spend Democrats, while the reality is the Republicans don't tax but outspend the Democrats. At least the Democrats are fiscally responsible. The Republicans also object to spending money on programs for the people, they have no objections to enriching their already wealthy, corrupt buddies with our tax dollars. Nor do they object to starting illegal wars by lying to us about Vietnam and Iraq then awarding unbid contracts to embezzlers who take the money and fail to fulfill the contracts. And their sheer hypocrisy about caring about the troops is nauseating, when they don't even give our soldiers first class weapons, to say nothing of caring for the sick and injured, or the failure to provide safe drinking water and clean food to the soldiers.

Yes, I hope Obama attacks McCain as there are many substantive issues on which McCain is vulnerable, but Obama can't win by mentioning these things just once. He needs to hit back again and again, repeat, repeat and repeat. We have the high road on our side, but must use it effectively, repeating until everyone hears the truth about McCain and the Republicans. If the Republicans can make effective their lies by repetition, then our side can be even more effective by repeating the truth until the Republicans and McCain cannot deny the truth.
