Thank God we have the insightful and tender Michael Steele to point that out for us.

What Obama did NOT read was:

A RIGHT and NOT A PRIVILEGE.
Steele is a punk. But Obama is being a punk of a different sort.
Steele and the lying crowd of Repukes are afraid that people will wake up and realize they do not have that right.
They are too stupid to realize that right now they don't have to worry about Obama fighting for any such right.
