Next time someone I know breaks the law I'll suggest he/she get his/her friends together to clear him/her. I am sure the courts will appreciate not having to try the case.

Ummm, I used Mr. Libby because he was Marc Rich's lawyer... and his tight ties to Cheney put him in the VP's office... Oh, and in case you don't recall... Mr. Libby was indicted, convicted and pardoned by Bush, so I think I've met your criteria.

Ah, but now the press has cover to report this as one of their usual 'fair and balanced' everything's equal "on-the-one-hand-isms:"
On the one hand we have a report which details serious abuse of office by Palin, but--oh, look-- on the other hand, there's a report that completely clears her. See how nicely it all cancels each other out?
Of course, they won't report that the report clearing Palin was written by Palin's staff. But it'll all be nice and fair and balanced, right?

Alaska, when this woman returns to your state in shame, please, please, for your sake and the sake of your country, recall or impeach her, whatever you have to do. She has clearly abused her office numerous times, you all are paying the price. She sent an official email on a private account demanding to know the name of the person that told on her for not putting her little baby in a car seat. She got angry when the trooper's plane was not available for her cruel hunting binges. She's using you all, or is it ya'l??? Some Christian this woman is. Cruel and full of vengenance. And puts the safety of a downs syndome child on the backburner, even during his birth. I still say she's lying about that anyway.

Watching Anderson Cooper right now and he had Ed Rollins, Paul Begala and David Gergen on.
THANK GOD for Paul Begala. Anderson, Ed and David were all despairing about how nasty, evil and downright violent the campaigns were becoming. David Gergen said he feared violence might break out.
FINALLY, when it was Paul's turn he said, "Come on, guys, I am not going to say there is any kind of balance here. Obama has been a model of a good responsible campaign, and I'm not about to compare him to the hateful, violent rhetoric of the McCain campaign." I'm paraphrasing, but Begala CALLED THEM on their FAKE BALANCE trying to paint both campaigns as bad because McCain and Palin keep whipping their brown shirt fascists into a violent frenzy at their rallies!
If there is violence, then just remember McCain - Palin have BLOOD ON THEIR HANDS!

Her report contradicts the first dude's written statement to the legislative investigation which was released by Palin's own lawyer. Maybe she couldn't get him to testify to her.
