I don't think this is going to work this time around. In 2004, the election was extremely close and that changed just enough people to push Dubya over the top. Since the economy is in creek without a paddle, not too many nutters are going to vote for the old guy solely on security matters. Well, I hope anyway.

I am from Missouri & live in St. Louis & I approve this message... Kit Bond is a worthless do nothing who has been living off the people since the early 70's. He is a drunkard and lout who lived high off the hog and spent his and his son's inheritance. Missouri needs rid of this man, he needs to be retired to a rest home or the Betty Ford clinic. One thing for sure his performance at the podium screaming and pounding his fist like a drunk moron about the polls staying open later when Carnahan won over Ashcroft is one of his more memorable moments in a lackluster career in politics that has went on much too long.
