lol...the Right making excuses for old man McCain

    McCain's questions [David Freddoso]

Some lefty bloggers appear to be misinterpreting a line from McCain's questioning, and claiming from this that he doesn't understand the difference between Sunnis and Shi'a.

    http://corner.nationalreview.com/post/?q=MDIwMD...

lol....as if this hasn't happened before by McCain

Caught part of Ed Schultz today

he said the 'surge' is just another right wing word for 'war.

National Review = Nazis and Traitors.

McCain DOESN'T know the difference between Sunni and Shia.

Chimpy doesn't either. They are both dangerously incompetent.
  • Mike_H · 1 year ago
Please don't continue to be surprised that the media softpedals the problems with McCain. The corporate media wants McCain to win. If we are going to get the message out about how unsuitable he really is, we're going to have to be proactive, force the issue so that the media *has* to cover it.

They will not do anything to hurt McCain voluntarily, even if it is the truth and they are covering it up.

the media's helicopter parenting for this bloodthirsty kook is sickening

As senile as he sounds, I bet he knows more than bush
  • Tom3 · 1 year ago
McSame doesn't even know Al Quaeda is Sunni. He has made this mistake at least twice and Loserman corrected him once on-camera.

If he doesn't even know this, he wouldn't have a clue about all the various militia groups like Sadr and Badr. And this is his strong suit?

Al Qaida is praying to Allah that Insane McCain wins. This way their record number of new recruits will continue to get hands on training at the expense of our soldiers, their families, Iraqi citizens and US taxpayers.

Bush used to think that Iraq was a Camaro. Mean while Insane McCain during one of his frequent lapses of reality hears someone mention Al Qaida and thinks they are talking about some Mexican rock band.

Seems Bill Clinton has been paid $800,000 in 2007 to push the Columbian Free Trade Deal.

Yeah, Hillary how you gonna explain this fuck up. First you were for it then you were against it then the snipers shot at you, then you were first in condemning, but the health insurance wouldn't pay. Now Hillary the Big Dog has both feet in the money trough, I am really intrigued at how you are going to explain this one. Me thinks that your are fucked.

    roflz

mcsame is the worst of W and the most alzheimer-ish moments of Raygun, COMBINED.

I swear, Tammany Hall is just gettin down right silly with their overt clown choices the give us. Remeber that my friends; we have no choice but that which they give us. There is NOTHING organic about Obama, Hillary, or mcsame. these are the dismal choices thrust upon us to make us believe we are actually having a impact.

ya, right that congress man/woman. How's that working for ya? roflz.

When I can remember to remind myself, this really is a giant irreverent comedy. can only laugh as we float to the cliff's edge at this point, Niagara in a barrel.. here we go!

I concur. That is why I strongly believe that the US will not survive. The entire human race may not well survive because we are so fucking stupid.

We have been shitting in our own nest for so long that it could kill us all.

Gotta love that book jacket for Real McCain. HUGGY BEAR!!

That photo needs to be plastered all over America.

Jeez, can Bush just pretend he is an adult for a few minutes when the TV lights are on? His behavior at the Medal of Honor ceremony was a disgrace...shifting back and forth, biting his lip and shifting his eyes in every direction. I thought it was telling that the parents took the award from a fairly casual Bush handoff without acknowledgement or handshake and that Bush began the initially awkward applause following the presentation.

Cliff Schecter's new book The Real McCain...details a physical confrontation between McCain and another congressman.

McCain repeatedly addressed two new members, congressmen Trent Franks and Rick Renzi, as 'boy.' Finally, Renzi, a former college linebacker, rose from his chair and said to McCain, "You call me that one more time and I'll kick your old ass." McCain lunged at Renzi, punches were thrown, and the two had to be physically separated. After they went to their separate offices, McCain called Renzi and demanded an apology. Renzi refused.

For a five-year catalog of McCain's erroneous statements on Iraq, see:
"Forever Wrong: Five Years of John McCain on Iraq."

For the details on John McCain confusing friend and foe in Iraq, see:
"Four Strikes and You're Out: McCain on Al Qaeda and Iran."
  • Green Eagle · 1 year ago
McCain has no confusion about Al Quaeda and Iran. Republican fearmongering requires that the entire Muslim world be presented as a monolithic hate factory committed to destroying us in our beds. They are going to keep conflating all Islamic people for that reason, regardless of the truth.

Really, it's all they have left.

In the 1800 and 1900...it was common for old men to send young men off to war... all in a vane effort to please the egos of old men!

Must this game also be played out in 2008?

I think not... there no glory in war and even less when such wars are dictated by old men!

McCain is a "placeholder" for family bush and there christian fascist enablers! In fact, McCail wasn't even there first choose! It was Mitt... for whom there now trying to push into the VP spot!

This couinty does not need any 4 years under the watchfull eye of the bushes!

so tell me how Iraqi Islam, with it's death to the infidel mind set ,ever be a democracy .
  • Upland_Oddball · 1 year ago
John McSame's continued confusion and ignorance about the Shia/Sunni division in Iraq and throughout Islam tells me that he has never learned the basics about the religion and history of Islam. If McSame, Bush or whoever cannot get the Shia/Sunni thng down right, no way can they be considered adequately educated about Islam in general. But then, isn't it always the case that movement Republicans are singular in their ignorance about the world and singular in their apathy about learnng anything new. McSame still operates on the miseducation he received at Anapolis all these years ago.
