maybe then she will smell it.

Ever heard of giving a body time to come to a decision about something? By my clock is not even 8 am on the day after. Your animosity toward Clinton is a thing to behold. Try taking some deep breaths and then start beating up on Grampa "Four-More-Wars" McCain or King George for a while instead.

And how many of those 23000 votes in Indiana that she won by were Rush's republicans?
  • Bush_Bites · 1 year ago
Hillary really owes Rush Limbaugh. She should send him some oxycontin or something.

Did Rush Limbaugh actually impact the Democratic primary?

The loud-mouthed radio talk show host has been encouraging Republicans to vote for Sen. Hillary Clinton to continue the "chaos" in the Democratic race. And a sampling of some key exit poll information suggests he may, to a certain extent, be having an effect.

Thirty-six percent of primary voters said that Clinton does not share their values. And yet, among that total, one out of every five (20 percent) nevertheless voted for her in the Indiana election. Moreover, of the 10 percent of Hoosiers who said "neither candidate" shared their values, 75 percent cast their ballots for Clinton.

These are not small numbers. By comparison, of the 33 percent of voters who said Sen. Barack Obama does not share their values, only seven percent cast their ballots in his favor. Basically, more people who don't relate to Clinton are, for one reason or another, still voting for her. These are not likely to be loyal supporters.

My feeling is that every time she gets ready to hang it up, Bubba pushes her into doubling down her bet.

Could be wrong, but I've read stuff to that effect too.
  • Kansaskitty · 1 year ago
    Bush Bites:
I agree with you that it is probably Bubba Bill that is pushing for this beyond all reason. Someone needs to have an intervention with HIM. My impression is that he cannot abide defeat by a Clinton.
  • naschkatzehussein · 1 year ago
In spite of Clinton dipping into her money, at the end of the day there are going to be thousands of little people left holding the bag. She is not using that money she is plugging into her campaign to pay off her outstanding debts.
  • Kansaskitty · 1 year ago
I am fine with her staying in through West Virginia then Kentucky & Oregon as long as she doesn't attack Obama, but I can't imagine her conducting a civil campaign at this point. She's only going to drive her negatives up even higher the longer she stays in, and if she stays on the attack, the Superdels need to put her out of our misery. She has jeopardized her senate seat at this point.

One has to be amazed at the chicanery of the Clintons and the lengths they will go to in their quest for restoration. When all reasonable people conclude it is over, they forge ahead anyway, damn the consequences.

Is it time now to do an action alert and start hammering the DNC and Hillbot's camp to GET THE HELL OUT ?????
  • BigSkyHelicopter · 1 year ago
    Steponallofus is a DLC hack.

He will try and ingrain his slimy carcas anywhere he can just not get thrown from the bus, waiting to continue the path of neogoon treachery from the inside as he always has.

We need to admit we opened the door to all of this by our Clinton blinders under Bill.

Good thing we took those off...

Now the media has to actually cover McCrazy and his rambling, unconnected brain farts. They will have to start showing Obama and McCrazy in the same frame and there is no way John Boy measures up. Now we will see if the subtle racism that has been flowing for the past 18 weeks or so was supported by the Media. Senator Obama is the Democratic candidate for President of the United States. Barack has 6 months of great material to unload on John Boy, who, I predict will be totally incoherent by July 4 and by August 15 will pop someone in the mouth. Can't wait for the first debate. Can't wait for McCrazy to bring out his VP. Can't wait for John Boy to defend the war, the economy, government deficits, deregulation, housing collapse, lost jobs, NAFTA, corporate welfare. I am getting a woody just thinking of the ass kicking McCrazy will endure.

This nation owes those who leaked, broke, followed tirelessly, the vote fraud story a huge debt of gratitude.
It is because of them that we are witnessing a rebirth.
  • gonzalez · 1 year ago
These two idiots are reseoved in destroying Senator Obama. She wants to come back in 2012. I still will never vote for her. Where are the gutless democrats at? Hiding? This party has lost all courage!
  • OlderAndWiser · 1 year ago
George McGovern, an early Clinton supporter, is calling for her to drop out.

Clinton is like the kid you invite to your house to play a video game, and when she loses, complains long and loud and takes not just the game, but the entire Xbox system with her when she leaves.

Clintonistas think it's the white woman's turn, and doesn't want to face the reality that it's about damn time a person of color assumes the role of president of ALL the people.
  • grandma · 1 year ago
What is Al Gore waiting for.....past time for him to endorse.
  • OlderAndWiser · 1 year ago
lynchie, they were showing a McCrazy speech just now, and when he couldn't answer a question, he faked a "let me get a drink of water" and never went back to it...typical of an ignoramus who has absolutely no authority on any issue whatsoever.
  • Ginger_FL · 1 year ago
O&W, I could careless what race or gender Obama is, he's the one acting presidential, has ideas and or aspires for change and is clearly the only person standing up to get us out of Iraq.
Plus he actually seems to "Get it" that we're all suffering from 8 years of reThugliCON economics.

    HillBOT NEEDS TO GO !!

I invented a new word this morning: Sidamoh.

It's an acronym for Shut It Down And Move On, Hillary.

    It's pronounced suh-DOM-oh. (Or Saddam-O.)

Feel free to use this new word as a shorthand way of expressing your belief that Hillary should concede defeat, make peace with Obama, and begin campaigning for Obama and against John McBush.
  • luvboxer · 1 year ago
Its time for the democrats to start putting pressure on Hillary to drop out. What is wrong with her. She cannot win this is crazy. She is destroying our chances of winning the WH if this continues. SPINELESS DEMS GET OFF YOUR ASS AND START DOING SOMETHING TO STOP THIS.
  • hielo · 1 year ago
A senile old warmonger admits that Iraq is, and always has been, about oil. Hillary pushes a silly "gas tax" deal to the voters. Could it be that the voters are not as dumb as Hillary thinks they are?
  • Bubbles · 1 year ago
Well, she could be holding out for two reasons: one it is more graceful for Obama if she is still active when he loses next week in West Virginia and a week later in Kentucky. Also, she may be holding out for money. She can either, press for more fund raising or hope that Obama would buy out her debt to clear the field.

Uhm, Luvboxer, she's not worried about our chances to win the whitehouse. If she bows out, she destroys her chance to win the white house. She doesn't care if the whole world stopped spinning tomorrow.
  • HereinDC · 1 year ago
Who would donate to her campaign this morning?

That would be like the Titanic passengers booking return passage the next morning after hitting the iceberg.

    DUH!

  • Patriot · 1 year ago
Finish the remain primary states and gracefully concede immediately following. However, Hillary could finish those states and from here on out with an entirely different language set. Avoid the negativity, use more concilliatory language, reassure the public that you really are on the same page with the democratic party and consider the remaining months a team effort. Does this make too much sense?

I just called Hillbot's headquarters number.

  • OlderAndWiser · 1 year ago
Ginger, I agree with your description of Obama completely. However, I'm just repeating what Clintonistas have been saying since the Clinton campaign inception: it's the woman's turn.

Just not that woman who has shown the world her true color, and if she weren't the wife of the ex-president, she wouldn't even be running, much less hold a Senate seat.
  • Django · 1 year ago
"Then what the hell is Hillary doing staying in the race?"

Because as the wife of the most notorious serial adulterer in modern political history, she has mastered the art form of DENIAL and made it her very own. And as she no doubt would love to think of herself as Cleopatra, she probably believes that "denial" really is a river in Egypt!!
  • Dave of the Jungle · 1 year ago
Hey, Hillary was Cleopatra in a former lifetime.

The fact that 40,000 other women say the same thing every morning at Starbucks is irrelevant.

Steffy is a Clinton supporter, so it's interesting that he's actually trying to be honest and unbiased in his assessment. It's only taken two years for him to admit what we all know... Hillary's Toast. D.

Stephanopoulos, ABC and the Disney Corporation have made themselves totally irrellivent by their overt bias. Their opinions and "news programs" should be avoided at all costs.
  • MoonDragon · 1 year ago
    Saw this on another board.

If Clinton drops out before WV and Obama still doesn't win there, it might look bad. As long as the attack campaign is over, I can live with her shaking hands, kissing babies, doing shots, and bowling. I'll be magnanimous and let her have a last hurrah, as long as she goes home after that.
  • GrahamCrackerDC · 1 year ago
"We cannot win with eggheads and African-Americans," Democratic strategist Paul Begala said last night on CNN. He said that's the coalition Michael Dukakis had in 1988 - and won only 10 states."

And now we've got an African-American egghead. He'll win Rhode Island, DC, Illinois, and possibly Massachusetts.

Some say it iss best for Obama to have Clinton in the race until the Kentucky and Oregon primaries are over on 5/20. I agree so long as Clinton call of the dogs. The rational being that Clinton will win Kentucky and West Virginia, whether or not she drops out today. It is better for Obama to be beat in these two states while she is still in the race. Very soon after the polls close in Ooregon on 5/20/08 Clinton gracefully exits the race and endorses Barrack.

George, you are still an asshat. Thanks for finally stating the truth, for once.
