stabbing a person 61 times is not self defense in any way shape or form, it is called over kill, either the guy was in the closet or he just wanted to kill the gay guy, If a girl states that she wants to have sex with me and I ever tried a straight panic defense I would be laughed out of the courts, is it offensive for me to be hit on by a woman, for me yes, does it warrent a beat down hell no. granted some gay guys go way to far to shoke we all know a few, but seriously to let the guy off for stabbing a person so many times isn't right.
