I think Heather Wilson is actually a guy...
  • Fireblazes(cheetohsandcatfood) · 1 year ago
Oh but she is married to a man.
But her bulge is bigger than mine.
  • Fireblazes(cheetohsandcatfood) · 1 year ago
    Lindsey Graham is a girl.
  • AdrianBrowne · 1 year ago
Remember when Heather started crying on the floor of Congress because her 12-year old son saw *gulp* Janet Jackson's nipple for a split second during the Super Bowl?
  • PeteWa · 1 year ago
Remember when Heather Wilson buried the pedophile investigation against her own husband?
    I do.

    Maureen Dowd on Palin's make-over:

"......with the economy cratering and the McCain campaign running on an “average Joe” theme, dunderheaded aides, led by the former Bushies Nicolle Wallace and Tracey Schmitt, costumed their Eliza Doolittle for a ball when she should have been dressing for a bailout.

Governor Palin, who used to get her hair done at the Beehive in Wasilla and shop at an Anchorage consignment shop called Out of the Closet, paid her traveling hairstylist — recommended by Cindy McCain — $10,000 for the first half of October."

Out of the Closet--boy, is that rich! She's a creature untoforeseen until now, I think. Contradictions? You betcha!
  • 1billinnj2 · 1 year ago
obama should go to palins state and mcCains state for one visit. that will seal the deal.
  • Mark217 · 1 year ago
Lindsey Graham is a big ole girl. Maybe the GOP figures he is diva enough for the party.
  • Older_Wiser · 1 year ago
Wow, wish we had about 2 more weeks until the election, but only so the vast egos in the McBush/Palin campaign could finish destroying what's left of themselves...

Anyway, McBush can retire to AZ for good, which is what he should have done with the rest of the pensioners there, and Palin can kiss not only a bid at national politics goodbye, but probably her state career as well. She can always go on the snake oil pentecostal circuit.

(BTW, my fundie neighbors put up a McBush/Palin sign in the stealth of the night. Grrrrrrrr! And we can't even get Obama signs.)
  • Outspoken1 · 1 year ago
Make you own Obama signs. We must show support throughout the ENTIRE nation. Great project you you and kids (if there are any) to teach about democratic values and support for a great candidate.
  • lilybart · 1 year ago
when does Obama get the get the whole hour on Meet the Press?
  • Older_Wiser · 1 year ago
Oh screw MTP. Obama will have 2 nights of 1/2 hr prime time to speak to his nation. : )

But the question remains, where will the other half of the McBush/Palin ticket be? Licking her wounds while Alpha Man shows he's really the one "in control?"
  • katiec · 1 year ago
Well, as usual, it is so obvious Brokaw is a supporter and
fan of Mccain. Did not see Mccain answer one question,
just spew lies and distortions as is their only answer to
    anything.
How anyone can vote for two politicians who have done
nothing but conduct the sleeziest campaign in the
history of our country, support hate, fear, anger and
distruct with their rallies is totally beyone me.
We cannot survive four more years of the dispicable
    republican leadership.
Enough, Americans, let''s take our country back.

Heather Wilson-- I live in her state, New Mexico, have disliked her for years and was so relieved when she left office. Now I have high hopes that Tom Udall, a great Democratic representative who is now running for Senate (because Republican Pete Domenici finally retired--good riddance!) will win over big-oil-funded Republican challenger Steve Pearce (a very typical big-money & "family values" Republican).

These last 9 days are going to seem long. Republicans here in New Mexico are already trying to suppress the Democratic vote. As many of you probably have read on the I'net, a Republican lawyer in Albuquerque hired a private investigator to go door-to-door using a list of Hispanic Democrats to warn them that if there was anything wrong with their voter registration at all, they might get in serious trouble if they tried to vote.
  • HereinDC · 1 year ago
Whew! McCain is erratic on Meet The Press.
He can't even finish a sentence.
    It's actually embarassing to watch
  • HereinDC · 1 year ago
McCain is talking like Brocraw is not siting there....McCain talks like he talks to a crowd.
    No personality at all.
McCain gets on a roll with his talking point...and then realizes he's not making sense....and doesn't finish the sentence.
  • HereinDC · 1 year ago
Wow! that flabbergasted McCain when Browcraw played a clip of Rush Limbaugh saying it was "race" "race" was the reason Powell endorsed Obama.
  • gleeco · 1 year ago
I am surprised this isn't more of a dustup/YouTube moment (maybe it is early). Besides refuting that the endorsement was race based very softly (with an under the breath "no") he then went on to forget his own talking points regarding the 5 Secretaries of State that endorsed him. Then to make matters worse he tried to name them again and couldn't do it. Maybe he should have written them on his hand. Everyone forgets things once in a while but McCain can't afford a stumble and this seemed like a very "senior moment".
  • cowboyneok · 1 year ago
It was definitely a SENIOR MOMENT for a very SENIOR Mr. McGoo.
  • ron071 · 1 year ago
Heather Wilson is a Republican Robot with a sickening smirk. How on earth could such a phony ever have beeen elected to anything?
  • mk2001 · 1 year ago
    "her nemesis" LOL-- Funny stuff!
  • Bush_Bites · 1 year ago
What's the story about Health Wilson's husband?

Oh, here it is, in appropriate contact with a minor, which she covered up:

  • gustavmahler · 1 year ago
I just saw that Heather Wilson, a disgusting liar. If she lost her race why is she on TV. These people are sick to keep repeating this $42,000 lie. Now I see McCain lying on Blitzer now, 'I have been tested' for what? cancer? Can we see the records? A--H---
  • cowboyneok · 1 year ago
Governor Rendell? I'm real tired of his trying to help Hillary's fading chances. Its over, Governor Rendell. Stop trying to help the Republicans win.
  • missmarple · 1 year ago
One only has to look at Heather Wilson to know what party she belongs to. What a miserable looking woman! We really need a change in who decides our future ( not that I have a long one ), but I have kids and grandkids and I don't want them living under a miserable, Theocratic Administration that she is a poster child for.

"[Palin] won't be on the Sunday shows tomorrow, which means she'll never be on the Sunday shows (at least for this election cycle.)"

Um, there's still Sunday *next* week, November 2, before the election.

Start a pool on whether she'll visit those shows that day either?
