I've been reading the Gnostic Gospels lately. The Catholics deleted an entire section of the New Testament scrolls to make sure the Jesus myth of resurrection was clear and concise. So, ergo, today is a joke on humanity.

You know what bothers me in regards to religion and/or history. How does one know what is authentic and what is not. Just as the book your reading , how do you know that those that did research to write the book came across solid proof that the Catholics erased section for the New Testament. If religion did not exist and God does and he would solely base his judgement on ones heart . It would be Heaven on Earth.

A fine point...however knowing the OTHER aspects of the history of "The
Whore of Babylon", I have full faith in the Jewish scholars in Jerusalem,
that this is correct information...Rome has told lies for a thousand
years...and so from what I have seen of the Gnostics, this research is
    reliable.

This is from Crooks & Liars:

You really can’t make this crap up.

    CNN:

A U.S. House committee chairman has begun an investigation into the electrocutions of at least 12 service members in Iraq, including that of a Pittsburgh soldier killed in January by a jolt of electricity while showering.

Rep. Henry Waxman, chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, said Wednesday he has asked Defense Secretary Robert Gates to hand over documents relating to the management of electrical systems at facilities in Iraq.

Staff Sgt. Ryan Maseth, 24, died January 2 of cardiac arrest after being electrocuted while showering at his barracks in Baghdad.

If that isn’t the very definition of troop-hating criminal negligence, I don’t know what is. Who here thinks anyone will pay a price for this? Other than Staff Sgt. Ryan Maseth, this is…

If you want more of the same vote McCain!

Is there some magic in the number 12. Did the gag point come at 12 but not 11 electrocuted? Waxman will hold another useless hearing and the witnesses will lie, spin, lie, spin and at the end of the hearing the Repubs and Dems will high five each other go out for a steak and 6 martinis and take home the bag of cash from the lobbyist du jour.
We fake concern about our troops better than ever. The are EXPENDABLE. They do not matter. The conclusion of the hearing will be that the soldiers were electrocuted because of excessive showering not because the contractor who constructed the housing buildings did anything wrong.

Chuck Todd knows what he's talking about??? Well, you could have fooled me.

    Me, too.
I saw him hedging---with a challengin frown--- on Hillary's chances to win the other day. I guess he learned the frown from Timmeh.

Let me add that I'm just grateful this Sunday morning that Russert doesn't have his two friends Matalin and Carville on there. He usually trots them out when he can't find anybody else. I guess they were busy.

    Bribery...plain and simple...

This still isn't as bad as this gets. There are extensive contributions to the McCain campaign for President from the above various lobbying companies and from EADS/Airbus' US employees.
