AMERICAblog: The difficult discussions people don't want to have

Well, I'm all about lumping the whole question into a matter of gender expression. I've said it before, and I'll say it again. I'm gay, therefore I'm outside the way people perceive I should act according to my gender. It doesn't matter what my "equipment is." It simply matters what people perceive me to be, especially regarding employment questions and the need for ENDA, and whether or not my attraction to those of my same gender is acceptable to the majority. I'm wondering if the transgendered man who is pregnant might be able to fight those who might fire him because his employer might perceive HIM to be a "lesbian." The trans pregnant man and his wife should really be able to answer a lot of questions regarding gender and LGBT law if some laws were challenged based on their very REAL example.
