    Am I the only one of few that noticed that Bush went to Saudi to beg for more oil to be released and then when rebuffed then he came out and said that the oil he was asking for would not have made real difference anyway? Wow thats rich !

    I heard this on the news last week, and it doesn't surprise me a bit. shrub has very little, if any, respect from other world leaders. I think it's damn shame, to put it mildly, that our president has to beg the saudis to increase oil production to bring our gas prices down. If we'd begun developing alternative energy sources and the infrastructure 30 years ago, we wouldn't be in this situation today.
