Godwin's Law explains insults, but how does Darwin's Law explain trolls? ;-)

So I guess the campaign's over when a candidate starts acting like Hitler...
And Bill looked so fetching in those little Ava-esque Tyrolean dresses.

PS-Nigel, Maybe the guy was craving e-cobbler...

Hmm... a 'scanners ala head exploding' concept.

    Sullivan is brilliant!

The great clarifier of this primary season has been the in-gathering of most of the most toxic, cynical forces in American politics - Democrat and Republican - to extinguish the Obama campaign. In the end, Rove and Clinton are in the same party (Washington, Inc.) and play by the same rules (whatever they can say they are at any given moment). But they're losing. And this head-game is pretty much their last gambit.

I guess Hillary has already hit Godwin's Law activation, then, with her Osama ad on the eve of the Pennsylvania primary.

Hell, who am I kidding? She went there long ago, sometime around Super Tuesday.

Nigel, a better question... how does Darwin's Law explain the bush clan?

whereas I agree with you that Sullivan was brilliant on that topic, I can't agree that he is so clear in mind and thought on all issues. Hill and McSame and Bush and Rove et al, ARE the same these days, but then again he has hated Hillary for MANY years now. Heck, perhaps he saw her the clearest of all?

    no comments in 25 minutes?

Godwin's law might apply here... even if nobody made comparisons to nazis.

    new thread??

All anyone from the media has to do is publicly ask Hillary one question:
" If her and Obama's positions were reversed and she had his popular vote count, pledged delegate count, super delegate count, and campaign fund reserves, and he had hers; would she then say that she was winning or losing?"

That's it, thats all, game over!

Last night on Verdict with Dan Abrams, he and a panel were discussing whether or not the media were part of the problem with the negativeness of the campaigns. It was pretty unanimous that no, the media was not. However, it seems to me, that everytime Obama's name comes up they find the need to play the snippet of Rev. Wright where he is ranting about G.D. America. I find this very offensive. By now everyone in the U.S. and everyone in the world knows about Rev. Wright. Is it really necessary to continually play this bit showing the Rev. out of context?? This is very definitely goading by the MSM. On Scarborough this morning they played it more than once. But the MSM is not doing anything to keep the pot stirred up. Can't blame them. No sir!

    lol jr

remember this my friends. While I am buoyed by Obama's rhetoric, in truth, his isn't an organic campaign either. I will support him as the lesser of evils, but he was just thrust on us. He represents power, just as much as H or mcsame. All 3 are Tammany Hall products, merely there to give the Illusion that we participate. Guess what? we don't. It's an entirely managed process. Managed to destroy us, and that they will, regardless of the bs process.

"As a primary campaign grows longer, the probability of invoking imagery involving Osama bin Laden or 9/11 approaches one."

I like it, but it needs its own name.
