Good morning. George Bush John McCain Hillary Clinton
I feel a bit of teasing going on here. Irregardless I am here to share my mornings thoughts.
Pakistan's new leaders tell US: We are no longer your killing field snip: It was "unacceptable that while giving peace to the world we make our own country a killing field," Sharif said, echoing widespread public anger at US-funded military operations in the tribal belt. "If America wants to see itself clean of terrorism, we also want our villages and towns not to be bombed," he said.
It's kinna windy and I think I hear hail beginnin ta hit the ground. I look forward to AJ analysis as I remember his coverin developing stories out of the area ... if memory serves.

Good morning:
Mayor Bloomberg to introduce Obama on Thursday
NEW YORK -- Before Sen. Barack Obama gives a major policy speech on the economy here Thursday morning, Mayor Michael Bloomberg is expected to introduce the Illinois Democrat at the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
Obama's campaign stresses that it is not an endorsement. Just some friendly remarks for Obama, who had breakfast with the mayor when he was in New York City in November.
Funny that the string here has a Volvo Ad embedded in it.
What next? A Starbucks Latte ad?

Good morning, I guess the same ole Clinton BS will be ongoing today. Not a very happy situation for most Dems to wake up to. We have Hillary the leech, scratching and clawing, and still in the same place, no wait, the polls have shown her slipping, and still her over ambitious plans are to stay. What can you say....some people have thicker skins than others. What can you call someone who is behind in the polls, won less states, have less delegates, and behind in the popular vote, and who, the pundits keep saying will find it hard to overtake the front runner, and whose negative ratings are higher than the positive, and who has played dirty politics, and keeps blaming the other side? I can think of many appropriate names, but why spoil this website?
I can see the rethuglicans enjoying this scenario. I hear remarks like this is good for the country/system etc., that the Dems have to fight this out. I did not see this enthusiasm when Romney and McCain were fighting it out. It wasn't good for the country/system them. I guess they want to see the Democrats bruised and bloodied, so that they can finish our candidate off easily. Hillary has done the rethuglicans a great favor. She has taken her Rovian tactics, and brought Obama down too. Still, he does better against McCain that she does. Polls show that he does better than she does nationwide, and that he can unite this country, but it seems she does not give a damn about unity and doing the right thing. She is judgment and memory impaired, and in my mind, worse than Liebermann.
Yes Hillary, you cannot choose your family members, and it seems we sure as hell cannot chose our party leaders too. We are sometimes stuck with power hungry, bull headed, leeches, who justs don't know when to quit.
Once again, Good Morning all.

From NBC/NJ's Matthew E. Berger At a time when Sen. Hillary Clinton is increasingly relying on superdelegates to vault her to the Democratic Party's nomination, a handful of undecided and pledged superdelegates are coming forward to say her campaign's tactics in recent weeks are doing more harm than good.
Good morning, AmericaBlog. It's Thursday! Wear green!

It seems to me that if Democrats felt it was critically important to have a candidate chosen by June, they would not have schedule their convention for August, no? But then again, I'm no longer a Democrat so what do I know?

Hillary channeling Olympia Snowe?
For those of you who doubt that story involving a Balkan airport, the one Hillary Rodham Clinton tells about darting across the tarmac to dodge sniper fire, take note: It really did happen.
In October 1995, six months before then-first lady Clinton led a delegation to Tuzla, Sen. Olympia J. Snowe (R-Maine) and six other senators went on a fact-finding mission through war-torn Sarajevo, just before the Dayton accords resulted in a U.S. military presence on the ground in Bosnia.
Snowe's congressional delegation had an experience remarkably similar to the one Sen. Clinton (D-N.Y.) described in a speech delivered on St. Patrick's Day. Clinton has since said that she "misspoke" when she recalled arriving in Tuzla under sniper fire.
From NBC's Chuck Todd As expected, one of the two major Democratic candidates saw a downturn in the latest NBC/WSJ poll, but it's not the candidate that you think. Hillary Clinton is sporting the lowest personal ratings of the campaign. Moreover, her 37 percent positive rating is the lowest the NBC/WSJ poll has recorded since March 2001, two months after she was elected to the U.S. Senate from New York.
Also, the most disingenuous idea I've heard come out of Democrats recently is the suggestion to split the Florida and Michigan delegates evenly (50/50) for Obama/Clinton. That is exactly the same as not having the delegates count at all (my personal preference), and if you'll not going to count them at all, for cryin' out loud at least have the courage of your convictions and admit up front you are not going to count them. Don't pretend you are counting them by effectively not counting them.
"The Audacity of Power" That should be Hillary's new mantra. Joe, you nail it on the head. Voters be damned, what do they know anyway. It's all about the delegates, not the voters. Oh, wait, it's now the Electoral College, Oh but it was the popular vote a while back, until Barack ran those numbers up too. Desperation smells pretty bad, doesn't it? I really feel sorry for Hillary and all those who drank the Kool-aid. Really!

I am sick of these "democrats" who say that they will vote for McCain if their candidate does not win the primary. WTF!!! They need to get over it and think of what the hell they would be doing to the country. They think that they would be getting even or something??!! They would just be shooting themselves and future generations in the future foot. Good grief. GROW UP!

Canadian Army to assist (Bush) in civil emergencies! (so much for fleeing to Canada!)
So Great! Now Bush can order the Mounties in to shove the Real ID Act down our throats!? Meanwhile McCain gives a speech about pre-emptive war in those same dulcet wheedling tones Bush uses - like the whisper of Death in your ear.

Please explain how Hillary is vastly different than McCain. She's voted repeatedly for the war. She says her job is to do whatever the people of Israel tell her to. She's taken millions from Wall Street, the insurance industry, Big Pharma, the medical industry.
What are the differences?
