    It's not ALL Clinton followers and they're not ALL furious with Obama. She fucked up big time, true. But most of us are onboard with Obama. You're sounding like the media you accuse of spreading lies and causing chaos among the ranks.

    NBC Today and Fox and Friends: OMG! The horrific in-fighting in the Clinton campaign: how will it affect the Obama run for the White House? Will it stop Obama from bringing the Clinton people on board? Can he integrate this warring faction for a unified convention? What if he can't? It looks like he will lose the election! Especially after John Edwards, the Democrat party is just lurching from crisis to crisis!!!

    Most of the "PUMAs" are Republicans masquerading as Dems. No Democrat in their right mind would look twice at a sociopathic old loony like McCain. There are a sad, pathetic few PUMAs who belong to the Democratic party, but their issues are personal and have very little to do with politics.

    Most US companies avoid paying federal income taxes. And John McCain wants to give them even more.

    "More than 38,000 foreign corporations had no tax liability in 2005 and 1.2 million U.S. companies paid no income tax, the GAO said. Combined, the companies had $2.5 trillion in sales. About 25 percent of the U.S. corporations not paying corporate taxes were considered large corporations, meaning they had at least $250 million in assets or $50 million in receipts."


    How do you get bigger tax breaks when you pay nothing in the first place?

    I saw that about the non-payment of income taxes on the local Fox station today, oddly enough! They tried to mitigate the impact by saying something like the reason they don't pay taxes is because of losses and other accounting maneuvers...but one of the newscasters muttered, "yeah, cooking the books". If corporations want to be treated like single entity citizens who can influence and donate money, then they need to be held to the same responsibilities REAL citizens do. They should pay their taxes and they shouldn't be allowed to sneak off to other countries when they're own country needs the jobs.

    I saw this today from AP news: "Mukasey: No prosecutions in Justice hiring scandal" because, according to him, "not every wrong, or even every violation of the law, is a crime." More GOP logic. I guess, then, one could say I can steal something and it's not reeeeaaallly a crime worthy of prosecution. Or I could bonk someone on the head and it's not reeeeealllly an assault. Amazing that he was formerly a judge. No wonder the legal system sucks big time.

    bush is acting so preszidential... shaking his finger at Russia, saying that their war on Georgia is "wrong" when he as done his own OCCUPATION AND DESTRUCTION based on lies. bush and the US can't do much - WE'RE to pre-occupied with "war on terrorism" bullshit....

But my biggest beef is that she wags her finger about the travesty of this presidency and yet still keeps impeachment off the table. She needs to be slapped as well.
