HUGE kudos to the TV station for its integrity in refusing the ad.

They are a positive example for all the media, by applying judgment, and not just he said/she said and follow-the-money.

As a Roanoke native, it is so nice to see them in the press for something good - if you recall there was a gay bar shooting there several years ago and southwest VA is firmly conservative territory.

I agree I live in Roanoke and I'm proud of Channel 7 WDBJ for not airing it...on the other hand i'm very upset with channel 10 WSLS for airing it and have written to the station manager.

This is nice. Would have been nicer if the media as a whole had been more discerning of the truth in political ads since, say, 1999.

How stupid are some people in this country that doesn't know or does not want to know that all the republicans do is lie! Just listen to their favorite female - Palin. She just tells one lie after another and the idiots don't care. What ASSHOLES!
