He's with Pickles shopping for her and GW's new house making sure the bunker is big enough for him, her, and the 200 secret service that will have to fit in it to keep them protected when the riots start. In other words, he's helping her measure the drapes in their new "basement"...

And then he's taking W to Ft Knox where they will divy up the gold bars and ship them to Paraguay and Dubai.

This will be a sit down debate. Thank the gods we won't see McCain pacing the floor. During the last debate, it seemed to be too much for him to be on his feet for 90 minutes judging by his increasing crankiness and his look of fatigue. Not to mention his fast exit.
So I am looking forward to a reasoned debate on important issues that will honor the plight of the American people. There should be no personal attacks, we have no time for that. But then I am a dreamer.

Breakfast TV Burbling Heads:
According to Doocy, Obama is ahead in "most of the major polls" (there are some, at least, "major polls", unnamed, that show McCain ahead), but that doesn't matter for these reasons:
1. Jessie Jackson. Yes, it's Hymietown all over again folks, with JJ rubbing his hands with glee over an Obama victory guaranteeing the end of Zionist power! There goes the Jewish vote in Florida! Sure, Obama's spokespersons denied that Jackson's anti-Semitic remarks had any currency within the campaign, but that doesn't matter. Obama is, as McCain said yesterday, the Biggest Risk in Human History, (even though, as Joe complains, all he does is sit on the sidelines and vote "present" whenever he is confronted with anything even remotely controversial), so Jewish voters aren't going to risk the security of Israel on this tyro. Expect much kvetching from Florida retirement communities today! Doocy smirked: "Jessie should shut up." Yes, he should, all agree. What a big mouth! So "urban" at a time when Obama has to "transcend" race, all because of the Bradley Effect.
2. Bob Schieffer. The old lion of CBS has said he's going to insist on straight talk at the debate tonite. So that means McCain is going to knock out the silver-tongued smoothie. And knock that martini right out of his too-cool-for-school hand. It's going to be, yes you got it, a total "game changer"! Since Bob is getting 'em to sit down face to face, McCain will (as Gretchen trilled) get to shove Ayers and Rezko and ACORN and Wright ALL in Obama's face. Then watch the fireworks begin! It's going to be the thrilla we've been waiting for. And McCain is going to be the lovable punk "McNasty" we want to see. America loves a scrappy lil' fighter! Who can come from behind, although McCain is going to confront that smarmy smoothie head on!
3. Joe the Plumber. He's Fox News's latest folk hero, a shaved-headed manly man's man who got in Obama's face the other day and made it clear that Obama's NOT going to tax his small business without getting on the fighting side of Joe. Joe mercilessly exposed Obama for the wealth-distributin' Socialist he really is. Joe the Plumber doesn't make $250K a year, but he COULD, so Obama is just like Robin Hood. Stealing from hard-working small businessmen like Joe the Plumber for his secret ACORN, Muslim, "urban" agenda!
Remember wimpy Jimmy Carter was 31 points up, according to Kilmeade, but only won by 3. So, the fat lady hasn't stopped singing and that means McCain could, no will, win! 20 days is a "Lifetime in Politics". All McCain has to be is a Happy Warrior/Lovable Underdog/Scrappy Little Punk/America's Safe Bet (and he CAN reconcile all these personas!), and he's going to make America remember why they fell in love with him in the 2000 election. It's not an October Surprise. No, it's a NOVEMBER surprise, and the surprise is Cindy McCain gets the front door key to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue!

many thanks, dear KarenMLR...shake it off now- i heard rush limpballs, the bigot, mocking jesse jackson yesterday...
white people of America, you have nothing to fear from Obama...just listen to him speak tonight...you'll hear someone who finally cares about this country, not his own financial enrichment.

Fopr some reason, Obama's ACORN connection, however small and innocent it may be, is turning lots of old dumbasses against Obama. So tonight ABOVE ALL Obama needs to mention McCain going to an ACORN meeting and he needs to mention the many Republicans who have worked with ACORN.

Someone at work mentioned that the other day. That they might just vote for Obama to send a big message that they are fed up with the old guard. I don't know. I just hope the youth vote shows up at the polls.

I'm sorry. What does reality have to do with counting the votes? We already know there's a little problem in the system known as racism and another little problem known as cronyism and a third little problem known as counting only the votes that count. The McCaniancs are not the biggest problem here; complacency is.

BREAKING: "In a sincere effort to attract the Latino vote, Sarah Palin will view tonight's final debate from inside a Taco Bell on Jericho Turnpike," according to campaign spokesidiot Tucker Bounds. Asked what type sauce she likes on her chalupas, Bounds revealed, "Uh, hot and spicy, of course. What are you, stupid?" Palin has been known to shoot chihuahuas from small aircraft, and this was seen also to be a hands-across-the-tundra gesture to animal lovers everywhere.

I think that if McCain tries to tar Obama with the Ayer's smear, Obama could say, John, when you were a young senator in your 50s, you made some serious mistakes which you have admitted in your book you will regret all your life. And yet, John, you have turned your life around and have dedicated your career fighting corruption. Bill Ayers made some mistakes when he was much younger and when I was only 8. Like you Bill Ayers has turned his life around is a respected Professor of Education at the University of Illinois. We've forgiven you, John, why can't you forgive Bill Ayers? His mistake did not result in 23,000 people loosing their life savings.

And McPOW will shoot back, "Unrepentant professor." That can be seen a mile away. So Obama better be ready, as I suspect he will.
I'm dying for the Timmons thing to get thrown in his face, but admit I was disappointed last night as I searched for coverage of it. Of course I didn't get to watch Rachel so I don't know if she hit it; I sure hope so. But I imagined newsrooms everywhere scrambling to get sources other than the Huffington Post.
Even this morning, a Google news search looked as if it's being covered only by blogs and not by the MSM. When will it be plastered across every newsstand in the country?

Old Johnny boy, will be nasty Mac today. He is desperate now, and doing very badly in the polls. I am thankful that the media, at least some of them, this time, are not promoting the attacks and smears, but doing what they should have done the last two Presidential elections - fact checking, and criticizing the attacks. If they had not turned on Al Gore and made him into a caricature, we would not be in Iraq today, at least a million lives saved, and the planet cleaner. Our social security, would also have been saved in a lockbox!
I am only hoping that Obama will not let these false accusations go unanswered. If McLame brings up Ayers, Obama must bring up Keating, Secessionists, and the Timmons/Saddam link.

G. Gordon Liddy, Keating, a running mate who is involved in a pro-secessionist movement in Alaska, Obama has plenty of ammunition to counter any "past association" attacks.

Good news for McCain from Iraq though. The Number 2 Al Qaida member was just killed again yesterday. This time near Mosul.
So see, McCain was right on the war and we're winning it. Also the Dow soared yesterday (and then unsoared — but he'll forget that part) so the economy is humming right along.
Don't have a TV, so saw the last "debate" in a "sports bar." The athletic event on all 20 screens was National Grand Championship Poker. We finally got them to put the "debate" on one TV by saying there might be a fist-fight. No sound though, but a promise to turn it on if some punches were thrown.
An awful lot of America is either too dumb to care or else too smart to be taken in by the media event of "The Debates."
As for Cheney, he's either in a bunker, or in Dubai, or sedated due to high blood pressure...or all three.

In true civilized sociaty, McCain would not even be on the ballet. Too bad this is us and we have some idiots in the electoral that would vote for a monkey as long as he is not a democrat. McCain doesn't even belong on the same stage with Obama. There is just no intellect there. I had enough of bumb political figuers - don't need two more like McCain/Palin.
