MacDaffy · 1 year agoWonderful piece! That BBC presenter is tone-deaf. It's easy to distinguish which tone is the whale and which is the clarinet. The whale loved the first riff Rothenberg played and was mimicking it to the exclusion of any subsequent notes from the surface. Someone should play them the opening clarinet passage from "Rhapsody In Blue" and see what they do with it. Thanks for posting this!
