And Conservatives think McCain isn't a neocon. He might not have signed along with PNAC but he took the war mongering aspects of it to heart and was trumpeting them long before any one else decided to go to War in Iraq.

McShame was a traitor in the Vietnam War, he still can't face that fact and seeks to compensate for his personal failings by a willingness to spend the lives of better men and women in an effort to appear tough.

Grampa McSame loves war. It's all he knows. It is all that defines him. It's all he can think to do, should some disaster put him in the White House.
And let's not forget that Grampa McSame has had over 30 years to plot his revenge against Hanoi. I wouldn't be surprised if a McSame presidency featured a "finishing" of the Viet Nam war, a re-writing of that war's ending.
McSame is as dangerous to world peace as Bush.
