AP is saying Palin's rep would not state why she was resigning but it is believed it is so she can focus on a 2012 bid for President. I knew that we had not seen the last of her.

The actions by Cigna are much worse than this article. Their actions have led to the death of their insured.
An elderly women bought a Medicare "substitute" policy to save a few bucks. Of course she believed it was a better deal than medicare. Then they cancelled it 2 years later. Of course she panicked. We can thank Ronnie for that as well. We must always work for consensus. We are grown-ups. We must live by that. The White House does. Will someone let him know he is no longer a student at Harvard? The real world does not work that way.

This isn't suprising to me at all. I've heard of similar practices as an end-user working with brokers representing small businesses. From what I've heard, this and similar practices are common in the insurance arena.
