They're probably too cheap to pay a web service that does decent turnaround in webpage updates. Watch them have a server crash on some high-traffic day, like Lieberman, and try to blame it on "Democratic hackers".

It's one of the problems that the party has as liberals and "good guys". They honestly get shocked every time this happens. "But it was debunked! Why is he still bringing it up in October?"
The GOP has nothing to offer. They will attack, lie, spin, defame, in every way possible. Their only chance is the character attack, and unfortunately that often works.

IMHO Obama's team is making a grave mistake by not taking on McCain's attack ads. The average Joe 6 pack watches TV not the internet. McCain' s ads are geared to seeding doubt about Obama's abilities and about his "difference" and I believe they are working. Team Obama needs to start hitting back and hitting hard or else they are going to find themselves in the same position as John Kerry in 2004.

Jonathan Alter was on Keith the other night and was saying the things mcshame is using on his ads are downright lies. How can the repugs keep getting away with this? Alter knows, Keith knows it, we know it, but sadly Joe 6 pack does not. Joe only knows what he sees on TV and that is never truthful.

For lack of anything better, I watched Imus this morning. Col. Jack Jacobs was on and he states that he believes Mcshame will win the election. Couldn't believe this coming from a career Army man and a hero to boot and that he believes the bunk about mcshame being a hero. Doesn't he watch mcshame on TV? Doesn't he see how old and lame mcshame is? Lost any admiration I once had for Jacobs.

I cruised over there last night just to see what current crap they are pushing onto their minions. First of all, it looks like they copied the html from Obama's page. it is eerily similar in color and organization.
If you check out the TV ads under "News and Media" they are REALLY heavy on the war hero crap a couple of them are downright hilarious. One goes on and on about how he learned his values from his Dad and Grandpa who were Admirals....He never gave up as a prisoner of war...family values...tailored perfectly to the Bubba in Georgia sitting in his single wide trailer and yelling at his woman to get him another beer during the commercial.
So I'm thinking:wait a freakin' minute. So his Grandpa and Dad were womanizing man whores just like John? WOW! the level of BS in that particular ad was deeeeeeeeeeep.

I'd love to get one of those tire gauges, but I'd prefer to get it by donating to Obama.

The only thing I can think of is that the Dems are STILL listening to their "always wrong -- for years!" campaign leaders.
But in spite of them, I feel the tire gauge deal will help Dems. Just think of all the tire gauges the GOP manufactured. Every single time that anyone sees one of these -- or asks their gas station worker to check their tires, they will think of Obama, not McCain.
