O/T but there is an article out on CNN where McCain is telling the media to leave Palin alone! WTF? If she can't take the heat in a campaign, how again is she capableto and ready to be one step away from the presidency??!!

Along with his namesake (perhaps his brother) as mayor of St.Paul, Norm Coleman is going to be the immediate recipient of all the bad, disgusted feeling that the people of the state are going to feel in regard to the fascist police-state antics of the police and others against the legitimate protestors at the RNC. The MSM has dutifully reported this story as the GOP would want, but the true story is getting out, and will dominate the news in the city and state for weeks afterwards.

My favorite TV moment from MN so far was Tweety, on MSNBC, canvassing the crowd around him, in search of a Republican. He found plenty of folks with something to say, and many MSNBC fans, but barely one Republican.

In the Twin Cities and nearby areas, I won't be surprised to see a negative bounce for Republicans as fallout from the militaristic policing of peaceful protests.

We will be donating to Franken's ticket. Coleman should NEVER have gotten elected and they did so in their normally disgraceful way. But John is so deeply correct, that was THEN, today we can band together and shove back once and for all!

Coleman is the "Evil Matt Damon". Only at the Republican Convention could Obama get a Palin bump and Al Frankin receive a Coleman bump!

Go Al........ My next senator for Minnesota, getting the Wellstone seat that should have never gone to Normy.

I can hardly wait until we hand his ass to him. I'm salivating.

As long as Coleman is above 50%, he will win. Once he breaks into 49%, then he and his campaign need to sweat bullets.

I wish Al Franken never ran for this seat, not because I don't like him, but he needs some political experience or got elected to help persuade Minnesotans to dump Coleman.
